Location

Cheshunt is situated about fifteen miles north of Central London and about two miles to the north of Junction 25 of the M25.  Waltham Cross is about two miles to the south with Enfield five miles to the south, and Broxbourne three miles to the north.

Cheshunt Wash is located on the B176, which links Cheshunt town centre one mile to the south with Broxbourne and Hoddesdon to the north.  The subject property is set back on the west side of this road at its junction with Endeavour Road.  The immediate area is predominatly residential.
